Vulnerability reports. Please include reproduction steps; we will acknowledge receipt and tell you what we found, including when the answer is that you were right.
Data access, correction, export and deletion requests, and anything else covered by the privacy policy or the DPA.
Contracts, executing a DPA, and questions about the terms: including the ones that are still awaiting counsel review.
Reports of content served through Finest, or of a workspace misusing it. Include a receipt reference or a timestamp so we can find it.
Everything else, including whether Finest would help with your workload.
If it is a security issue
Please report it before disclosing it, and expect a reply rather than silence. What Finest holds, what it cannot reach, and the boundaries currently in force are all documented on the security page, which is worth reading first: several of the sharper-looking edges are deliberate and explained there.
